Since 1949 AVAS has continuously provided Christian Education in the Antelope Valley for children in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. The school is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist church but accepts all students who are willing to abide by the standards of the school.
Antelope Valley Adventist School’s mission is to provide educational excellence in an environment of spiritual nurturing. Preparing young people for success in the 21st century and beyond is the goal of the school. The education program is based on the belief that each student is unique and of inestimable value, and on the importance of the development of the whole person. Students are educated to accept service as a way of life, to be sensitive to the needs of people in the home and in society, and are encouraged to become active members in their churches.
In 2008 AVAS moved to a new school home. Please contact the school to make arrangements to tour the new school and meet with Principle Smith to discuss school enrollment for your child. 661-942-6552.
